Croutons Food Truck is owned and operated by Janet Cabrera and Anthony Castaneda. Together we have a combined 25 years in the food service industry. They have put together an exciting menu of modern eclectic food with something for everyone to enjoy! MENU Croutons Favorites -Crouton Steak Bowl- Seasoned and baked bread bowl filled with 4 oz. of grilled filet mignon topped with our homemade chimichurri sauce. -Brisket Tacos- Slow smoked beef brisket, lettuce, tomato, re-fried beans, avocado, shredded cheese and our homemade salsa verde on (2) soft tortillas -Crouton Burger- 1/4 lb.
