We are open Tues-Fri 6:30am until sold out, Saturday we are at the Burlington Farmer's Market 8:30-2pm, and Sunday 7:30 until sold out. Just remember, to come early because we run out fast! All that you really need are a clean kitchen space and the necessary licenses and permits. During the 2011-2012 school year and with only two people working, we managed to produce over 17,000 cookies out of one apartment's kitchen and deliver them to Burlington college students. We operated at or near capacity for the majority of the school year, so there is an enormous amount of room for expansion of the business. Small batch ice cream made in the beautiful state of Vermont using only the freshest ingredients! The process for "Flavor of the Week" selection: Flavor suggestions are submitted throughout the week by customers and compiled for a weekly vote. The flavor finalists will be posted on the Facebook page and voted on by the customers. The flavor will be chosen the Monday (one week) before the flavor is for sale. Orders can be placed all week until 5PM EST on the Friday before pickup. Pickup is that Monday (ice cream is churned over the weekend). The ice cream is churned within 48 hours after ingredients are purchased. Small orders are currently restricted to "flavor of the week". Custom orders require a 2-3 pint minimum, pricing may vary. "Flavor of the Week" pricing: $7/pint $12/quart
