John Heine & Mark Jacobs cofounded TNRC in 2005. TNRC meets at 6:30 sharp every Tuesday starting April through September. Coming a few minutes early to stretch is always encouraged. Runs will be 20-30 minutes long and ice cold beer and warm pizza to follow. Feel free to bring friends…. newcomers are always welcome.
