We are the first and only true "Hardcore Gym" in the Fargo-Moorhead region that will service the needs of hardcore training athletes and individuals that other local corporate gyms do not service to and in fact promote against. Our plan is to partner with all pro and semi-pro athletes and teams across the region and provide them the most dynamic training environment to date in the FM Area. I am a 26 year-old and have been attending NDSU since 2004. I have degrees in both Exercise Science and Dietetics. I am a certified Health/Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and an Olympic Lift Instructor endorsed by the International Youth Conditioning Association. My passion is to do what I can to help people reach their goals in the area of health and fitness. I like to train my clients via high intensity interval circuits. I have found that kind of training to give the most bang for your buck. In todays fast paced world, not many people have time to spend over and hour at the gym. High intensity intervals will get you in and out of the gym in less than 45min and you'll see quicker results than running on a treadmill for hours. That's how I like to train, but I can easily tailor workouts to whatever my clients preferences are. I will push you hard to help you get the quickest results. My moto has always been that if my clients don't hate me just a little bit, I am not doing my job.
