Located in Seattle's Industrial area off of Hwy 99, Hudson is a great place for fresh, made from scratch food. We have a good selection of local microbrews and fresh cocktails! Happy Hour is now 3pm to 6pm. Breakfast everyday, Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. We also have an outdoor patio! One important note - we are 21+ only. Sorry we like kids, but liquor laws do not allow us to have kids in the resturant.

He pledges to his guests that every cocktail is created from scratch with deliberation, care, and craft. Maison Tavern's menu is a high-end gourmet pub cuisine. Head chef Bryan Ogden—son of accomplished restaurateur Bradley Ogden—continues the family tradition of supporting local farmers and food producers with a bill of fare culled from regional and organic produce. Like a hand-me-down sweater knit from platinum chains, each item on the menu unites a cozy familiarity with an upper-crust aesthetic, as in veal and pork meatball subs served on rich brioche buns or flatbreads topped with braised pork shoulder and tangy barbecue sauce.
