We first opened our store at 959 W. Addison in Chicago in 1990- right across the street from Wrigley Field. Since 1990, we have enjoyed countless memorable moments - some with the thousands of baseball fans from around the world who travel here just to see Wrigley Field, and many with die-hard Cub fans from the neighborhood who never miss a game.

2015 marks Tennis on the Lake's 14th season of offering quality tennis programs in Chicago. Our mission is to encourage fitness, sense of community, and a passion that lasts a lifetime! Participants can expect to develop fundamentally correct technique, training exercises, and playing strategies in a FUN, ACTIVE AND CREATIVE environment. We offer Private sails for groups of up to 6 guests, and some of our ships can legally take up to 10 guests. No matter what you are looking for, we can arrange it. Catering, special requests, arrangements for surprises, free parking for private charters, and unparalleled customer service. Check out our reviews on YELP and you will see why we can see we are the best sailing operation in the city. Private sails start at $390. We also offer semi-private sailing for guests that want to share a sailboat with others. Our standard semi-private sails are Mon-Thu at 7pm, and Sat-Sun at 9am. Semi-private sailing for two people is $260. All our ships are moored at slips, so when you arrive for your sail, you will park near our gate, and your captain will walk up the dock to the locked gate and bring you to your ship.

An advisory council is a voluntary group of individuals who meet on a regular basis to support the effective functioning of their local park. Councils promote ways for the community to better utilize the Chicago Park District's programs and facilities; provide communication to the Chicago Park District on matters relating to their parks; increase community awareness of Chicago Park District projects; provide the community with a vehicle through which park information can be shared; and assist in locating alternate funding sources to enhance park facilities.
