Specializing in hot subs, Firehouse Subs serves large portions of premium meats and Sargento cheeses, “steamed” hot and placed atop fresh produce on a toasted sub roll. Each restaurant offers a family-oriented dining atmosphere, complete with an authentic firefighter theme that celebrates local firefighting history, as well as the founding family’s 200 years of firefighting service.
Freebirds is a fast-casual restaurant with a personal approach to serving fresh, made to order burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burrito bowls and salads. There are no freezers in our kitchens. We provide a great-tasting meal from the freshest ingredients possible prepared by our passionate Tribe members every day.
Black Walnut Café is a contemporary fast casual concept serving made-to-order dishes and a full bar in a warm and comfortable setting. Our menu allows our guests to have their pick of their favorite items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A sampling of the delectable fare includes Eggs Benedict, Migas, Chipotle Chicken Pepper Pasta, Asian Tuna Salad, Darn Good Burger, house-made Gelato, Turtle Cheesecake and the always popular Black Walnut Salad with grilled chicken, walnuts, gorgonzola and apples over a bed of house greens. We encourage our guests to kick back and relax, the full-service bar offers local and domestic beer on tap, hand-crafted cocktails and a full wine list featuring over 40 bottles of red and white wines. Happy Hour is twice a day Monday-Friday, between 7am to 10:30am and 3pm to 6:30pm. We are open for breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week and offers To-Go and Catering. Breakfast/Brunch menu is served until 4pm on weekends and holidays.

The cooking school is affiliated with Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America.Originally named Le Chef College of Hospitality Careers, Ronald F. Boston started the school as a chef-apprenticeship program in 1981. In 1999, the school was renamed Texas Culinary Academy. TCA was acquired by Career Education Corporation in August 2001. At Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, cooking school students have the opportunity to receive Le Cordon Bleu's world-renowned culinary program in one of America's premier college towns.LCB-Austin operates within a 52000sqft facility that contains six 2000sqft labs, classrooms, a student library, a computer lab, a restaurant, a cafe and a retail store.
