Located at The Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes in St. Mark’s Square, Postrio Bar & Grill presents a contemporary version of the classic "bar and grill" in a spectacular, new setting. The restaurant offers casual as well as sophisticated fine dining that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a comfortable, quick-bite. Stylish, contemporary décor by design firm EDG engages a minimalist aesthetic. The sleek, modern room features a rich color palate of chocolate brown, white plaster, rosewood and olive-green leather. A chef’s table area serves as the centerpiece for the main dining room set within an arching wall, custom-designed lighting and a sphere-shaped chandelier.
