An uptown New Orleans style Creole restaurant with locally sourced farm fresh products including a Raw Oyster Bar, Cajun~Creole classics with updated technique, local fresh ingredients, farm direct oysters and whole hog cooking. Our annual closures are July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, otherwise we'll be open regular hours! Occasionally there are special events that cause us to close the restaurant but these are few and far between!

It has been a dream of mine to open a restaurant since I can remember. Over the last 15 years I have had the privilege to work in some of the best restaurants in the country and the world. During those years I have been blessed with meeting and working with some amazing and talented individuals, one of those being my partner and wife Sandra Navarro. Together we have cultivated an amazing team and have developed a vision to come back home (for me) and open a restaurant. Project Grace will be a contemporary Italian restaurant that lives in the season at hand and finds it’s inspiration from the different regions of Italy and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. We aim to create a unique and memorable experiences through thoughtful service, food, drinks and ambiance.

The idea for High Noon, Aaron & Jessica Grimmer's (Barlow, Picnic House) new quick-serve concept that features an elevated bar program, developed around Jessica's nostalgic love of Navajo frybread, a favorite memory of summer festivals during her childhood in southern Utah. Frybread, known also as a "Navajo taco", is crisp fried dough covered with chili, meats, vegetables and cheeses. Head chef Casey Gipson has created a menu that highlights the frybread, but also features street corn, tortilla soup, and dessert cones. Every ingredient is locally-sourced and scratch-made. Consultant Tom Lindstedt's bar program aims to highlight the sweet and savory components of agave spirits and other flavors associated with the southwest, while offering a refreshing take on the Old West. Tequila, mescal and rye are mixed sensibly in accessible offerings that are creatively paired with the menu items. Gluten-free and vegan options available.
