Andres' Bakery and Bistro is the result of the merging of two long existing business'. Andre's Bakery and Pastry was formerly located at 235 Commercial Blvd.. Lauderdale By The Sea, Fl. The bakery was in that location for 25 years, taking over a cheese cake business that was there for many years prior. Andre's has had many favorable articles in local news papers and other publications. Julian's restaurant operated at this location for 10 years prior to Andres' relocation and assumption of that very successful breakfast business. The two business', thanks to the symbiosis of the business', have grown and prospered. The three managers, Andre Modoux, Julian Remega and Jim Joiner have a combined 100 years plus in the bakery, hospitality and restaurant business'. Together they operate the finest Swiss style bakery and bistro in Florida. Andre is a baker for more than forty years. Julian is a restaurateur for more than forty years and Jim a hospitality and business manager for over forty years. All are "Experienced", not "Old".
