Hello! I’m glad that you found your way to my page. I’m a clinical psychologist in private practice in the Arlington, Texas area. There are so many people who are struggling right now with a wide variety of concerns, and who feel alone with their pain. They may need information, emotional support, insight into past events and how they’re affecting the present, assistance in developing communication and/or coping skills, help with managing symptoms, and/or just a safe, affirming place to gain clarity with a knowledgeable and caring therapist. I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stressful life events, and body image issues. I see clients whose gender or sexual orientation do not fit neatly into the boxes assigned at birth. I see both couples and those in less traditional family structures who are experiencing relationship problems. I am committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment regardless of gender, sexual orientation, relationship style, or religious background. With my gender clients I follow the standards of care set forth by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. My usual fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I have a limited discount program based on annual family income. I am in-network for the following insurance carriers: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, and Humana. If you are insured by another carrier, I am happy to provide receipts so that you may file for out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider.
