The T.E.V. Edelweiss is a cultural organization founded in 1958 for the purpose to preserve the German language and traditions through costumes and customs. The motto of the T.E.V. Edelweiss shall is: "SITT UND TRACHT DER ALTEN WOLLEN WIR ERHALTEN." Translation: "Tradition and Costumes of the old, we shall uphold." The Edelweiss holds weekly cultural activities activities as well as German music dances most on Saturday nights.
