We are definitely not your everyday gym. 9Round is a unique fitness circuit designed to give members a fun, high intensity, full-body workout in under 30 minutes. There are no set class times, meaning you can come whenever you want. The workout is comprised of 9 different stations, where you perform different sets of exercises at each station, changing stations every 3 minutes. Your membership includes a personal trainer, a variety of workouts, expert nutrition consulting, and no class times, so you come in on your schedule. Just like our first location in Anaheim, we offer group and private Reformer classes. Our team of certified instructors come from varied backgrounds, but have a singular commitment: to educate clients on the proper technique of the Pilates Method and help each individual achieve their goals. In February of 2013 we opened our second location in Costa Mesa.
