Mio coffee it’s an idea conceived many years ago when for the first time I moved to Seattle. The coffee passion was already in my blood from when I lived in south Italy, but here in Seattle thanks to my family and their imports exports Italian coffee business I got encouraged to realize my dream. Thanks to the coffee expertise cultivated in Italy and participating to different coffee academy I learned about differ blends. Here in Seattle I realized my own products, medium and light roast with a strong and intense flavor, Talking with customers and friends I decided to follow the road of the Organic and natural product. After researching for a wile I was able to find a micro roster with my same passion for coffee, Finding a SUSTAINABLE, SHADE-GROWN, DIRECT TRADE and organic beans. Grazie. Fabio Garofalo
Sky High Espresso is a Family-Friendly Pinup Drive-Thru Espresso stand (not to be confused with a bikini stand). We are located in the SODO district. We serve "7" coffee and have delicious gourmet mochas, lattes, smoothies, teas & almost any coffee drink you can dream up because we believe that the sky is the limit! General Manager, Rick Stromire believes in food and has a passion for the very root of each ingredient. Each day is an opportunity for Rick to teach his team about the flavors of food and share with guests about the simple story of a seed, nurtured by a farmer whose mission is to grow the perfect ingredient used to create a delicious meal. In the kitchen, Executive Chef, Vuong Loc carries a tremendous respect for food. He cultivates that seed creating a flavorful meal from scratch, using those special ingredients and pouring every ounce of heart and soul into a feast with the hopes of evoking the same passion in our guests.
