The UND Wellness Center fosters a culture of multi-dimensional wellness that educates and impacts the UND community.
Forks Fighters is a non profit boxing gym and youth athletic club located in Grand Forks ND. Forks Fighters was opened in 1989 by Eddy Obregon who is still our head coach and mentor. The club is currently located at 5700 Gateway Drive, Suite 5. Eddy is accompanied by assistant coaches Butch Hajicek, Raul Rodriguez Jr, and Archie Rosenberg. Along with operating the gym, Eddy plans and promotes amateur boxing shows in for the greater Grand Forks area.
The UND Adventure Program is a combination of the Rock Wall and Outpost. The Rock Wall is great way to meet new people, try a new sport, and get in great shape! The Outpost is our outdoor gear rental service which includes items such as canoes, tents, bikes, inline skates and more. Each area offers programs such as skills clinics, climbing competitions, and outings. The Rock Wall will bring you almost 30 feet off the ground, but you'll have to work for it. Follow the routes that fit your skill level, and spend the semester challenging yourself on more difficult routes. The open area and natural light, along with the natural look of the rock will keep you climbing to the peak. The Rock Wall is available to all UND Students and Wellness Center members. The Outpost gear rentals is available to the public.
