Internal institutional use of Social Media has fallen far short of expectations; many organizations provide the tools, very few use them effectively. Wazi will make it possible for large bureaucracies to improve internal efficiency by using common platforms that have proven their value on the Internet. What Facebook did for managing your personal relationships, Wazi will do for business organization.
