Tesla Government Inc. is a rapidly growing company focused on prototyping, development, and field-testing of systems designed to meet the unique needs of Federal Government agencies. We have done groundbreaking work in the area of information sharing at the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and the Director of National Intelligence. Significant past projects have included: Net-Centric Diplomacy, a capability that completely revamped how Diplomatic correspondence could be shared on the government's Secret and Top Secret networks Intellipedia, a wiki used by the Intelligence Community to create an encyclopedia of intelligence information, and A-Space, a collaboration zone for intelligence analysts dubbed by Time Magazine as the "Facebook for Spies." Tesla has had teaming or subcontractor relationships with Lockheed Martin, The SI Organization, LMI, Centra, Semandex, CITI, and other Federal Government prime contractors. Our services are also available on GSA Schedule 70. When Tesla Government Inc. develops software for the Government, it complies with Section 508. Tesla is also in the process of designing and developing a product for government and large corporate customers called Wazi that allows institutions to bootstrap their structure and many routine internal information management needs by applying social media philosophies to accomplishing these tasks. Internal institutional use of Social Media has fallen far short of expectations; many organizations provide the tools, very few use them effectively. Wazi will make it possible for large bureaucracies to improve internal efficiency by using common platforms that have proven their value on the Internet. What Facebook did for managing your personal relationships, Wazi will do for business organization.
