Parasol Down at Wynn offers one of the most memorable views that you'll experience at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, and it is an experience not to be missed. To reach this semi-secluded lounge, you will ride a spiraling escalator down from its sister lounge, Parasol Up, through slowly twirling, multicolored parasols that hang above and are their namesake. Once you reach Parasol Down, you'll be spellbound by the spectacular vision of the 40-foot waterfall rushing down a pine-topped mountain, towering over the dazzling Lake of Dreams.

Zeffirino’s glorious history starts in 1939, when Zeffirino Belloni first opened his family restaurant in Genova, the capital city of the Italian Riviera. Nine years later, his ten-year-old son stepped into the kitchen of this family restaurant and found the he, like his father, had also been blessed with the God-given gift of creating culinary ecstasy. The Zeffirino family’s epicurean talent has remained constant for four generations and five decades, and today, Zeffirino’s son Gian Paolo along with extended family continue the delectable family tradition of mesmerizing diners with their special cuisine in Italy, Spain, China and the USA. Maestro di Cucina Cavaliere, Gian Paolo’s culinary awards are endless and include an Escoffier Award considered the highest international gastronomic award and the European Golden Medal. He was also formally appointed Ambassador of Genovese and Italian Cuisine to the world. His food has dazzled international celebrities who can eat anywhere they choose and choose to eat at Zeffirino. Amongst them are famous tenor Luciano Pavarotti who sang for Gian Paolo’s pesto, boxing greats Muhammad Ali, Italian actress, Sophia Loren, a sophisticated fan and fancier of Genovese foods, The Chairman of the Board, Frank Sinatra, whose mother came from Genova and cooked similar Pesto in her Hoboken home, and the late, great Pope John Paul II, who declared Gian Paolo “The Pope’s Pesto Maker.”

Inspired by the legendary Sunset Strip club in the Broadway smash hit, “Rock of Ages,” the Bourbon Room gives a backstage pass to the hottest scene in Vegas with resident VJs cranking out feel-good tunes and accompanying music videos. To add to the experience, the talented crew of cocktail servers will take to the stage several times a night in sexy and fun performances while guests sing along to their favorite songs. Shows start at 930pm and run once an hour. Guests can sling back a shot from a menu of 60 different kinds of bourbons from the Angel Share Reserve Menu, including two single-barrel signature bourbons, Eagle Rare and Woodford Reserve, made specifically and exclusively for the Bourbon Room. The more nostalgic can take a trip back into the ‘80s and enjoy Bartles & Jaymes flavored wine coolers. VJ’s will get the party started daily at 9 p.m. spinning classic rock hits and music videos and leather and lace-clad cocktail servers will perform high energy dance routines to iconic songs including "I Love Rock n’ Roll" by Joan Jett, "Nothin’ But a Good Time" by Poison and "Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC. During the day, guests can sip on classic bourbon cocktails while watching sporting games on the video walls or playing slots at the bar.
