The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is responsible for delivering a full range of safe, convenient, reliable, and efficient transportation choices for the community. The Commission, a board of 10 volunteer community members, reviews and makes recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors on issues like employment opportunities for women in the County, especially in non-traditional fields, barriers to equal employment and equal pay, current and projected needs of women in our County, and Federal and State legislation affecting women.
