Absolutely NO REFUNDS on tattoos, piercings, or merchandise. Once paper work is completed & signed, there will be NO REFUNDS. Deposits valid for 30 days. All paperwork is property of the tattoo shop. If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol we cannot service you, but we welcome you to come back another time. 2 FOR 1 TATTOO PROMOTION $60 minimum on first tattoo, second tattoo MUST be on the same person. Free name or other small $60 tattoo MUST be on arm, leg, or back ONLY, other areas an extra fee applies. NO EXCEPTIONS TOUCH-UP POLICY All touchups MUST be done within 90 days of initial tattoo. Tattoo MUST be COMPLETELY HEALED, no shine or scabs. This is done at artist discretion, on weekdays ONLY, NO weekend touchups. We do NOT do touchups or guarantee tattoos on hands, wrists, feet, elbows, knees, neck, head, or stomach areas. By getting tattooed here, customer assumes full responsibility for the healing of their tattoo.
