We pride ourselves in serving traditional, centuries-old Korean recipes. Each menu item is carefully crafted from scratch, with many vegetables straight from the family garden right to your table. Local favorites are our: 1. Pork bone soup (gamjatang | 감자탕 | 猪肉骨头汤). The broth is hard-hitting on flavor, yet light! Combines the rich aromas of pork spine bones with our family garden-sourced napa cabbage, potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, soybean sprouts, and wild sesame seeds. Perfect for filling up without feeling bloated or stuffed. 2. Ginseng chicken soup (samgyetang | 삼계탕 | 鸡参汤). Picture steaming-hot ginseng-infused chicken soup with jujubes, perfect for providing iron and phosphorus. Traditionally, samgyetang is eaten in dog days of summer. Think "fight fire with fire" (이열치열 |以熱治熱). You can't find a samgyetang with a broth like ours in NYC--it is the heartiest and healthiest available.
