Originally founded in 2009, Mojo's Seafood and Chicken is a fast-casual restaurant created in concept and design by Freddie Peninger. In 2013, Freddie brought on board two great friends, George Boedecker and Steve Forde as partners to help make his multi-unit dream a reality.
