Dr. Sieveking is a native Nashvillian who completed his training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. After finishing his training at Stanford, Dr. Sieveking traveled to Rio de Janeiro and Santos, Brazil to be a student of two of the world's leaders in plastic surgery- Ivo Pitanguy and Ewaldo Bolivar de Souza Pinto. Dr. Sieveking balances his body contouring practice with his busy facial surgery practice where he has developed a reputation as one of the top Facelift and Rhinoplasty surgeons in the region. He is known as a safe and conservative plastic surgeon and for achieving predictible and "natural results" without extreme changes in his patients. He has lectured around the world (South America, Asia, and the U.S.) on the topics of facelifts, cleft lip and palate, and breast surgery. He has also authored a chapter on Rhinoplasty in one of the major training textbooks for plastic surgery residents (Handbook of Plastic Surgery, Greer et al., 2004). With the upcoming retirement of Dr. Orcutt, Dr. Sieveking will be taking over the Facelift and Rhinoplasty practice that his partner has built over the last 34 years. Dr. Sieveking's experience encompasses all areas of plastic and reconstructive surgery, including hand and microsurgery; but his special interests include liposuction and breast surgery, face-neck lifting, Rhinoplasty, and cleft lip and palate repair. He has worked with the non-profit organization Interplast to provide free reconstructive surgery to children in Southeast Asia and South America. He has been a consultant to the Nashville branch of Operation Smile, helping organize fund raisers and international plastic surgery trips. On June 30, 2010, Dr. Orcutt retired after 34 years of practice, leaving his patients to the care of Dr. Sieveking who plans to continue a solo practice to insure a continued reputation of unmatched patient care and unequaled surgical results. Dr. Sieveking wants his patients to be very comfortable with their surgical plan and we will spend as much time as necessary to answer all questions and concerns. Patients are encouraged to return as many times as they wish for further consultation prior to surgery. Two registered nurses with over 40 combined years of experience in caring for cosmetic surgery patients assist Dr. Sieveking with educating patients before surgery and caring for them after their procedures. Two of Nashville’s best licensed medical aestheticians are available for all the laser and skin care needs of Dr. Sieveking’s patients. WHY have weight loss surgery when OPTIFAST can achieve the same or better results. What is Health Restoration? The physical and mental reformation process of empowering a chronic pain patient through a recovery-focused system based on education, counseling, and therapy coupled with traditional medical methods. Medications are not a focal treatment, but are used as a short-term overlay to a greater recovery-focused health-rehabilitation plan. We are not a pain clinic and we strive to accomplish more than just manage pain. We view pain management as ONLY one component of a whole-person health rehabilitation + reformation process.

Having received my training from the U.S. Army, I worked for 15 years as a general surgeon performing advanced laparoscopic procedures. Then, in 2005, I transitioned to full-time bariatric surgery, performing weight loss surgery. I truly loved watching my patients lose weight, seeing them become healthier by ridding themselves of diabetes and high blood pressure, and having them able to cross their legs for the first time in years. After 25 years as a surgeon, the stresses of difficult surgeries as well as night and weekend call began to weigh down on me. In 2014, I retired from surgery and began work at the Craig Center for Advanced Wound Care in Nashville, one of the busiest wound care centers in the US. I now have the pleasure of helping people heal their wounds. It is hard work, but it's very rewarding, and my nights and weekends are free!
