FitFoods4U Seattle is a new way to get fresh meals, conveniently and at an affordable price. Prepped twice a week in a local Seattle kitchen, these fresh never frozen meals pack all the nutrients you'll need to stay energized and healthy. With a "back to basics" approach we combine lean proteins, complex carbs and fresh vegetables in flavorful ways that anyone will love. FitFoods4U began in 2009 in Denver with one man: Ricky Sosias. Ricky, a personal trainer, nutrition coach and national competitive body builder noticed what many trainers have, his clients were working their tails off in the gym and still not getting the results they wanted. His clients were still eating the wrong foods in the wrong amounts, or didn’t have enough time to prepare food properly. When it came down to it, most people had no time and lacked the specialized skills to cook for themselves. He started with just one client and now produces hundreds of meals a week, helping many people and families eat healthy foods, fueling their efforts to reach their goals of health and wellness. FitFoods4U also provides meals for the Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos. Rick Sosias’ life’s passion has always been to help people. His simple principle: “Fuel the Body and Watch the Soul Flourish.” In 2014 Ricky reached out to two friends in Seattle -- Justin Wade and Zachary Chenoweth-- and asked if they thought this was something the city needed. Justin, a fitness coach and weight loss specialist, and Zac, a career chef, joined together to bring Seattle this proven recipe for success. Seattle is blanketed with restaurants, take-out options and unhealthy food. FitFoods4U Seattle is not just another dining or take out option, but completes a healthy lifestyle. It is for the individual who wants to look better, reach their fitness goals, have more energy and eat fresh, delicious nutrient dense food. We want you to have nutritious, satisfying meals, that leave you feeling good. Take advantage of our proven track record and make healthy eating a reality in your life.

Mini… The Dough-Nut has embarked on a sweet mission while glazing the Seattle area with a scrumptious new mini donut in an interesting mini trailer. We have formulated a non greasy donut that is made fresh and hasn't sat for extended periods. The light crunch of the perfectly cooked dough coupled with the soft inside makes any topping a perfect accomplice. Our donut aromas and the warm Hershey's chocolate can be smelled from a block away. If your sweet tooth is requesting something more exquisite, then Nutella would be best suitable and for all the other Dough-Nut's out there looking for something even sweeter, you can choose from six crushed candy bar toppings. Mini… and our team believe that the customer should not only be enlightened with our donuts but we want your smile to be forever be associated with us. We seek to provide a great customer experience through a quality donut and attention to the details.

Since opening in August of 2008, Spinasse has garnered much acclaim for its interpretation of the traditional cuisine of the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. Chef Jason Stratton and his team create simple, refined dishes grounded in authentic techniques from Piedmont, while incorporating the products of artisans and small farmers from the Pacific Northwest. We welcome you to enjoy our handmade pastas and seasonally inspired dishes and desserts, alongside a carefully curated wine list. Our dining room reflects an authentic, rustic, classicality found in Piedmontese trattorias and our small bar features a birds-eye view of our open kitchen. Wherever you sit, your enjoyment of our food and the restaurant is of primary importance to us.
We didn’t open Nue to preach some abstract culinary philosophy about what we think people should eat. We're not about saving an ancient approach to cooking for future generations, nor are we interested in teaching the world about the benefits of some high-tech, new one. As artists and chefs, Nue is about sharing what excites us. Freakishly awesome food. As avid travelers, and insatiable eaters, we set out to build the same kind of casual gathering, food and drink place we consistently frequent while abroad, but for whatever reason, can never quite find back home. As seemingly diverse as they are, the divey tascas of the Iberian Peninsula, the explosively colorful markets that blanket Asia, the smokey outdoor grills found throughout the Balkans and the vivid town squares of South America all share a lot in common: simple, unassuming, always unique, conspicuously approachable, often times surprising and most importantly, insanely delicious. This is the food we like to eat. The approach we took while nailing down our concept can be summed up in one word. Creativity. As such, the menu at Nue will change quite frequently. Our mix-up of offerings will sometimes be to take advantage of seasonal ingredients, other times because of an incredible ‘new’ food discovery we made while traveling, or sometimes we'll add a dish because of some fantastic suggestion we got from a guest (highly encouraged). Most often, however, our menu offerings will change because we want them to. Our firm belief is that building a space that encourages chefs to be creative while drawing on their vast world, culinary experiences, all in an environment that doesn't take itself too casual or too seriously, can only lead to great innovation and taste. We’re not trying to be "Fusion", nor are we claiming that our offerings are verbatim "Street Food", "Farm to Table", "Craft" or any other trendy buzzword of the day. What we are building is a space that allows both our staff and our guests an opportunity to experiment and explore, to both work with and taste new flavors and foods without any pretense or culinary douchiness. We’re building a place where we want to hang out, making the foods we want to eat and we're confident you will too.

Marjorie triumphantly reopened its doors in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in the spring of 2010. Anchoring the corner of 14th Avenue and East Union with a 40 seat Jewel Box on a beautiful tree lined street, Marjorie has quickly re-established itself with its trademark warmth and hospitality. The reinvention boasts a visible renewal with colorful furniture and a warm steel bar. The turntable in the bathroom entices guest to linger and enjoy the pleasure of old school tunes. Marjorie will delight you with a warm reception, reputable cocktails and amazing cuisine. Originally created in Belltown in 2003, Marjorie pays homage to owner, Donna Moodie’s mother. Following Marjorie around the kitchen, Donna quickly gained respect for “cooking from scratch” with high quality ingredients. The kitchen at Marjorie uses the highest quality of ingredients, supporting local farmers and artisans whenever possible, reflecting the values that Marjorie instilled in her daughter’s youth. The handcrafted cocktails are quickly becoming a reputation building cornerstone of Marjorie. The unique décor, much of it handcrafted, results from a collaboration with SKB Architects, Metal Artists, Carla Grahn and Peter Reiquam and, of course Donna’s unique aesthetic. From the raw silk ceiling pillows to the wood floors and the art on the walls, Marjorie has a one of a kind look that has been lovingly created by hand. The recently added Annex has been a welcome addition. Hailed as the perfect private party spot, the Annex adds additional seating on busy nights at Marjorie.
Eltana was created by Stephen Brown and Daniel Levin, to make a deliciously different, hand-rolled bagel — and to bring it directly to you with flair, warmth and soul. We love the food we make. Not just the bagels and flatbreads hot out of the wood-fired hearth, but the simple and memorable street food from the Eastern Mediterranean that we serve to accompany our breads. We get joy out of hosting people — friends, family and those we don’t yet know. So, come December, please stop in, introduce yourself and give Eltana a try.
