History Established in 2015. After "escaping" from our first room in Austin Texas (during a family vacation late in 2014) we were hooked!! We had so much fun we quickly visited several others and decided to bring this unique "brand" of family fun to the Delaware beaches! We're hoping you join us and become an escape room addict too! A gorgeous and unique beach property! Rustic elegance defined. Come stay where ragtime bands once serenaded guests from the great room balcony inside this historic 1921 Prohibition Era Log cabin at the beach. Really! Can you find the Prohibition era liquor cabinet hidden within the walls of the main house? This property is deceiving for it sleeps 10 in the main house (which known affectionately as, "The Love Shack). During the summer months, an additional two guests sleep in the guest cottage (known affectionately as, "The Dog House"). The main house is fully air conditioned and heated. There is even a wood fireplace in the great room for cosy, romantic winter getaways. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace. Hardwood floors throughout. The front screened in porch is also a great spot to sit with a book, or enjoy a breakfast coffee, or an evening meal. Located just 15 minutes walk to the beach, or a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Your beach access is located to the north of the boardwalk at Whiskey Beach. The Cape Henlopen State Park beaches at Gordons Pond are a 5 minute drive along Ocean Drive. The shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth Beach are a short ten minute walk. Don't just rent this property for the summer weeks. Take advantage of its location for easy access to fun downtown events such as the Sea Witch Festival, Jazz Festival, Independent Film Festival, Christmas and New Year holiday events, the Cocoa Crawl, Valentines, Gumbo Crawl, and the very popular Chocolate Festival!
