The number of senior citizens are increasing in our community, and since their children are out working, many seniors have few people to communicate with during the day. Seniors, like anyone else, need proper attention, and that is where we come in! Sunlight Adult Day Care Inc. wants to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for seniors with our caring employees and entertaining activities. Our adult day care center spans over 20,000 square feet, and because we are on the highest floor of our building, we have a great view of the city. You can even see the sun rise and sun set at our place! With over 20 spaces and more than 60 activities offered, we want seniors to stay active physically and mentally – and most important of all, to connect and make friends! Sunlight provides classes for Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Billiards, Language Communication, Computer Technology, Health and Wellness, Music, Photography and Filming, Painting and Calligraphy, and even Chinese Paper Cutting! Also, some other notable features that we have are a 3D Movie Theater, a Performance Hall, Karaoke rooms, and a Beauty Salon. One of our goals is to give seniors new opportunities, discoveries, and surprises every day with our wide variety of things to do! The Shekinah Temple is a center of Light for the new Earth, called Terra Christa. The temple was activated by a group of 22 Light workers of the New York Tribe to powerful octahedron frequencies in May 23, 2010. It is a sacred space for workshops and classes designed to bring us into balance, peace and power. Every Sunday night, and for all Equinox, Solstice & triple dates, Light tribe gathers here for group meditations and activations. Crealo Ra, keeper of the temple, was told in 2010 that his old family home was positioned over a powerful bed of crystals including quartz and emeralds. He was guided by Archangel Michael to stay in New York and transform the old house into a place where people of Light could gather together. This was the birth of Shekinah Temple, and guidance continues to flow about what is needed in it's development. As such, it is a space where divine energy flows and manifests. It is a space for magic, miracles, and love where it is necessary only to open your heart and fully become an expression of Divine Love in motion. Shekinah Temple is over-lighted by the great Cosmic Order of Melchizedek , Archangel Michael, Lord Metatron, the Pleiadian, Sirian & Andromedan Star Councils of light and the Ascended Masters. The Devic kingdom of fairies and elementals are very much present here, as well as the Hathors and angelic beings.

What made me start this page was when i noticed nobody paying attention to what is REALLY important and that is Our Ancestors and to bat them ALL DAY EVERYDAY because they are watching us in are not pleased at what they see... On that note I WANT MY CROWN BACK BITCH!!!
This year, synchronized skating lost a very special and influential coach, Sylvia Muccio. Sylvia was one of a kind with her energy, passion, love, and dedication to the sport of synchronized skating and to all of the skaters that came into her life. Not only was she an amazing coach and contagious personality, but Sylvia taught all of her skaters such invaluable life lessons. Her spirit infiltrated everyone she met and made them better people. We want to recreate this amazingly positive atmosphere at World Ice Synchro. The World Ice Synchronized Skating Team will skate as members of the Knickerbocker Figure Skating Club as members of "Team Image." We are looking for up to 20 skaters to fill our roster for a competitive Adult team. In accordance to the USFSA rulebook: All skaters must be 21 years or older, with the exception that up to four skaters may be 18, 19 or 20. All skaters must have passed at least one of the following tests: preliminary moves in the field, adult bronze moves in the field, preliminary figure or preliminary dance. All teams may have a maximum of four alternates listed on their roster. We are ecstatic about this season and would love for you to be part of it!
