Columbus Commons is a six-acre green space located in downtown Columbus featuring world-class gardens, grand lawns, the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion and walking paths. The Bosque in the southern end of the park includes restrooms, an outdoor reading room, a hand-carved carousel, bistro tables and chairs and two park cafes: Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Tortilla Street Food. Managed by Capitol South and the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation, Columbus Commons serves as a thriving gathering place and hosts nearly 250 community events during the April-October season, including concerts, races, festivals, Family Fundays, movies, Food Truck Food Court, outdoor fitness classes and more.
