Adventure Recreation is a student organization at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia involved in Outdoor Recreational activities. We seek to explore the wilderness of West Virginia through various types of recreational activities while having fun with our fellow members.

The Charleston (WV) Rowing Club is located at the University of Charleston Boathouse, 2300 Maccorkle Avenue Southeast, Charleston, WV 25304. When weather permits we row on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Club is open to adults who are in good health, can swim and weight less than 220 lbs. Dues are $100/year for club members. Free lessons are provided so prospective members have time to decide whether rowing is for them.
