The studio and its teachers’ philosophy is a non-dogmatic and loving compassionate approach to the practice of yoga. We offer a variety of yoga styles and levels in a welcoming, safe and non-competitive peaceful environment for all levels of yogis, incorporating a balance of both strength and surrender. Yoga on First is a cozy neighborhood studio nestled in the heart of Hillcrest. Many of the classes are lightly heated to warm the body and allow for extra detoxification, however, the heat is never higher than 90 degrees. We offer free use of our infrared sauna for our active members with packages.
