TOPshape Health & Fitness was founded by sisters Crystal and Aphrodite Varellas. The girls believe that fitness is not necessarily about how you look on the outside, but building strength on the inside and the mental freedom you receive from working with good people. The girls want to build a strong loving team, that genuinely cares about helping others. Their philosophy is to help people live life in QUALITY. They began this journey to spread positivity with their mother Harriet Varellas who was diagnosed with stage 3-lung cancer in 2011. After losing their hero and warrior to this disease in 2013, the girls knew that their mission in life was to spread awareness of the importance of health. TOPshape is dedicated in loving memory of their mother, Harriet Varellas.
Established in 1988, Ultimate Champions Tae Kwon Do has been teaching respect, discipline, confidence, and self defense to all ages 3 and up. We specialize in both traditional and sport Tae Kwon Do. We are the home of many state, national, and world champions! We also offer yoga and kickboxing classes for adults and a transported after-school program for children.
Home gym offers weight training, and cross fit programs to get you into shape. Personal trainers will work with you during your journey to fitness and will provide you with nutritional advice, workout schedules catered to your fitness levels and needs. What is in a class? Classes are only an hour long, consisting of weight-training, calisthenics, rowing, and running. A certified coach teaches how to perform each exercise properly so you can get the most results, and stay injury-free. You'll be training with a group of up to 8 people. Is this for everyone? Yes! Our members range from 56 year-old mothers that haven't exercised in years, to 18 year-old athletes. Though everyone gets the same workout, your exercises will differ based on your level of experience. For example: If you have never touched a bar before, you will be working with a white plastic PVC pipe. What are the benefits of working out here? Our workouts vary day to day, so you will never be tired of the same routine, and challenge your body to improve in areas you never trained. Unlike regular gyms, we dedicate our resources to helping you achieve your goals, from teaching you, motivating you, and tracking progress throughout our program. He has appeared in and produced various instructional videos, directed martial arts action sequences in U.S. films, and has written several books including A Gateway to Chinese Martial Arts. He has served as a judge in international martial arts competition since 1999. In 2001 Master Longfei Yang received the "World Outstanding Life Achievement and Golden Performance Award".At 2009 Master Longfei Yang Winner the "2nd International Chinese Martial Arts Competition.
