NOCA offered an enjoyable, lively atmosphere with an eclectic American menu. A long dark wood bar and tables, whimsical artwork and a warm color scheme provided a sleek and comfortable environment. Large windows in the front were opened in the summer to allow an alfresco dining experience. The menu was extremely diverse, offering a large selection of appetizers.
