CrossFit Social City is one of the newest training facilities in Las Vegas. Though the name and the facility is new, the CrossFit Social City Team has deep roots in the Las Vegas fitness scene.
Elevé Training Studios was created by Alfredo Brandt and Erik Hall. Both Alfredo and Erik have an extensive background in aerial arts, which was their inspiration for creating a studio that provides workouts that elevate both the mind and body. All of the classes are designed to allow their members to reach this elevated state, through providing a positive and supportive environment where all fitness and spiritual goals can be reached. Elevé is committed to provide all of their members an affordable opportunity to live a healthy, fit and well-balanced life. At Elevé you are guaranteed a comfortable and hassle-free workout and personalized attention from the instructors. All classes have reasonable size limits and are only 60 minutes long.
We specialize in not specializing our training to any one style of training. We focus on high intensity, functional movements.
Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body! We are about engaging with our local community and providing them with first class workouts to help them achieve their goals. We provide professional coaching with a globally registered training style called ZUU. ZUU was founded by Nathan Helberg who is considered one of the experts in bodyweight training and programming. He consults regularly with elite sports, armed forces and high profile gym chains.
The barre workout is a unique total-body workout method set to motivating and upbeat music. Focused on precise movements to strengthen the muscle followed by orthopedic stretching to lean out the muscle, the results are impressive. The barre workout has evolved over the years from the Lotte Berk Method and Callanetics. Using fat-burning interval training principles, the results are a lean, flexible, healthy body.
