You can find some up to date information on both of our homes that we own situated within The Formosa Gardens Estates. Each of our homes sits on a gracious 3/4 of an acre of land, that offers privacy in a secured gated community. You will enjoy your holiday with all the comforts of home and amenities that will delight every age group in your family and a sure place to create some wonderful memories.
Our mission statement is simple, clear and concise; to provide a place of enjoyment, comfort, and relaxation. We are dedicated to open feedback from our guests, and to always be improving.
Since 2006, we have enjoyed our first home, named Pooh's Paradise. We ran it under that name since then until we picked up another property in same area, just half a block away that sits on the Lake.
We were one of the few homeowners, at that time that came in and updated some of the residences there with flat screen TV's, Leather sectionals, added a kids playset, and installed some other improvements over the years. One of our largest investments in the home, was landscaping, that included over 15 large Palm trees, and lots of tropical bushes, such as Birds of Paradise and Bamboo that sit on the perimeter of the property.
When we were thinking of an appropriate name to change to, we felt that it deserved the name that best describes it; The Palm View Estate.
We were always searching for a new home to add to our family. Everyone loved our home and would always ask us whether we had another similar property. Yet we were not satisfied with what was on the market, and were adamant about investing in our neighborhood, Formosa Gardens.
A property came on the market, that sits right on one of the Lakes in the subdivision, with spectacular views, and almost identical to The Palm View Estate. Same number of bedrooms, size and style. It was perfect, yet was run down and needed a lot of updating.
We went through many months of negotiating the purchase, to finally call it our own after about a year of negotiating the short sale with the bank and the seller.
The process of coming up with a design then began. We painstakingly went through every detail of planning, designing and finalizing plans.
We wanted to tie the two properties together feeling they compliment each other, yet offer two very different experiences.
The idea was to have an identity; not just another property. We want our guests to feel as if they are not just booking a room, a house, or 'place,' but a home, while away from home.
The Sea Pearl Estates is, The Palm View Estate and it is, The Lake View Estate.
