Located at the corner of Mint and Morehead, in the shadow of Bank of America Stadium, the WFNZ/AAA Security Doghouse is the home of the greatest tailgate party in Charlotte before each Carolina Panthers home game, college games, the Belk Bowl & stadium concerts. We roll up the doors providing a fully-staffed bar, indoor seating, live music/DJ on an outdoor stage, activities, a live WFNZ broadcast and loads of flat-screen TVs with the games on, all in the path of the stadium. The Doghouse is easily accessible to the EpiCentre via Pedicab or walking. It’s the meeting place for Panthers fans to get ready for the day’s game. Admission to the Doghouse is free! Built in 1999 as a community service center to the First Ward community, we now have opened our doors to local businesses and event rentals. A 36,000 square feet complex which houses: A 3400 square feet multi-purpose room is ideal for meetings, special events and much more. The facility can accommodate 300 theatre style or 250 banquet style. 25 office spaces including Fiber WIFI, a conference room, copier and break room. Bank of America Stadium is a 75,412-seat football stadium located on 33acre in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It is the home facility and headquarters of the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. The stadium opened in 1996 as Ericsson Stadium before Bank of America purchased the naming rights in 2004. In addition to the Panthers, the stadium hosts the annual Belk Bowl, which features teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and the Southeastern Conference (SEC), and was supposed to host the annual ACC Championship Game through at least 2019, however the game was moved as of 2016. The largest crowd to ever attend a football game at the stadium was on December 5, 2015 when 74,514 fans watched the Clemson Tigers defeat the North Carolina Tar Heels 45-37 in the 2015 ACC Championship Game. It has been called " classic American stadium," by Panthers president Danny Morrison due to its bowl design and other features. The stadium will celebrate its 20th anniversary during the upcoming 2016-17 NFL season.

Catalyst is a 27-story 462-unit apartment building on West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The concrete and glass skyscraper in Third Ward, designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart, was built by Atlanta-based Novare Group and completed in 2009.Tony Skillbeck, president of Novare Carolinas Development, said that the name reflected the building's status as "a literal catalyst for the red-development and the regeneration of Third Ward" as well as the fact that for many residents, this would be their first home purchase, "a catalyst in our buyers' lives."Groundbreaking took place August 29, 2007. A 15-story, 363000sqft office building called 440 South Church was built next door by Trinity Capital Advisors, designed by the same architectural firm. Novare was involved with the office tower, which has Ally Financial as a major tenant. However, Novare was dropped as an operating partner, though keeping its investment, because the company had significant debts that could result in foreclosures, and auditor Deloitte had "substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern." Novare's problems had little effect on the Catalyst project, however.
