The complex consists of a 42-story North Tower, which was completed in 2005, a 46-story South Tower built in 2007, and a central plaza between both towers, containing a restaurant, riverfront promenade, and complex amenities. The North Tower took 31 months to build, as construction began in December 2003, and was completed in July 2006. The North Tower's official height is 423 feet while the South Tower sits at 482 feet. Construction began in 2004, and opened in December 2007.The complex is located on the southern banks of the Miami River in Downtown Miami. The address is 31 SE 5th Street for the North Tower and 41 SE 5th Street for the South Tower. The Fifth Street Metromover Station, a station in Miami's mass transit system, is located immediately adjacent to the North Tower.Brickell on the River North features 390 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 757-1,512 sq.ft. and the Brickell on the River South features 319 condo units with the typical floor plan ranging from 952-1,510 sq.ft.

Ten Museum Park is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, on Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. Completed in early 2007, it opened for residential occupancy in mid-2007. The building is 585ft tall, and has 50 floors with only 200 units, making it an exclusive address. The building itself is designed to reflect the heat from the sun while still keeping warmth, the building is also designed to withstand 140 mph winds. It currently stands as the 13th-tallest building in Miami.Ten Museum Park contains 20,000 square feet (1,858 m²) of Class A office space, retail space on the lower floors, and residential condominium units, which occupy most of the space on the upper floors. While appearing to be a typical skyscraper with identical floorplates, the residential levels are varying. The east-facing units are interlocking lofts, providing each unit with an eastern view and either a north or south-facing view as well. Lower level west-facing units are shallow flats with large expanses of glass. Upper levels of the building contain either double-height spaces or three-floor loft arrangements. Some units feature independent soaking pools.The lower levels of Ten Museum Park hold a lifestyle development; the building notably contains a Clinique La Prairie spa, the first in the United States, as well as several high-end boutiques in its lobby. It is directly across the street from the Marquis tower. The building's grand opening occurred in February 2007; Ten Museum Park is one of the many new Miami skyscrapers that were completed and opened in the year 2007.
The Brickell World Plaza, also known as 600 Brickell, and formerly known as the Brickell Financial Center, is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States in the Downtown neighborhood and financial district of Brickell at 600 Brickell Avenue. The former Brickell Financial Centre Phase I, the Brickell World Plaza, is a 520ft skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. The building contains 600000sqft of leasable floor space, an eleven story parking garage with 927 spaces, and a 30000sqft ground level public plaza, and was also supposed include an outdoor area with a stage. 600 Brickell is located between the Fifth Street and Eighth Street Metromover stations.HistoryThe 40 story building was topped out in early 2009 but construction was suspended or greatly slowed, as the building was still not completed over two years later as of March, 2011. The building lost an anchor tenant, a law firm that had a 58 million dollar, 10.5 year lease for 15 percent of the building (115,000 sq ft), in early 2009.With the new name of Brickell World Plaza, the building has a scheduled opening date of August 2011. The building developers, the Foram Group, have claimed that this slowed construction was strategic for the purpose of detail and that after completion they will move their corporate offices into the building. However, the near halt in construction and the loss of a major tenant suggests that the delay was not strategic, but due to the 2008 economic crisis and the falling demand for office space due to the excessive construction in Miami at that time.

The PortMiami Tunnel is a 4200ft bored, undersea tunnel in Miami, Florida. It consists of two parallel tunnels that travel beneath Biscayne Bay, connecting the MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island with PortMiami on Dodge Island. It was built in a public–private partnership between three government entities—the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade County, and the City of Miami—and the private entity MAT Concessionaire LLC, which was in charge of designing, building, and financing the project and holds a 31-year concession to operate the tunnel.The tunnel was first conceived in the 1980s as a way to remove traffic to PortMiami that was congesting downtown Miami streets. Prior to the tunnel's opening, the only route for PortMiami traffic was through the streets of downtown Miami; that traffic, especially trucks, was considered detrimental to the economic growth of downtown and a planned project to expand the port's capacity would increase the volume of trucks through downtown. Those issues would be remedied by the construction of the tunnel, allowing traffic to move between PortMiami and the MacArthur Causeway without traveling through downtown. In the first month after opening, the tunnel averaged 7,000 vehicles per day; nearly 16,000 vehicles travel to the port each weekday.
Brickell House is a condominium tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It was built by Newgard Development Group. Proposed in 2011, the tower stands at roughly 500ft with 46 floors and is opened in 2014. Construction began in spring of 2012, making it one of the first condominium projects to go ahead in Miami since the 2007 housing bust and late 2000s recession. Construction of the tower was estimated to create 300 to 400 jobs.The financing model, popular in Latin America, is for the $170 million project is for at least 70% of the units are presold before construction begins, which ensures financing and reduces the likelihood of foreclosure. The tower is located in Miami's Brickell Financial District at 1330 Brickell Bay Drive. It features 374 units and a robotic parking garage. Units ranged from 400sqft studios to 1438sqft 3-bedroom units, as well as 1775sqft penthouses. The ground level features retail and restaurant space. The architect is Sieger Suarez and the interior designer is Yabu Pushelberg. Brickell House is located one block east of the Financial District Metromover station and three blocks southeast of the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover transfer station.In 2015, management and design issues led to a closure of the robotic parking garage, which had already been operating slower than expected
The Congress Building, or simply the Congress Building, is a historic skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It is located at the address of 111 Northeast 2nd Avenue. The Congress Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 14, 1985, and is locally identified a historic site in the Downtown Miami Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The Congress Building was formerly office space until 1999, when it was restored and converted to apartments. At street level, the building contains retail space which is leased to a number of stores and services including a financial establishment, The Loft condo sales center, beauty salon and café. Originally the building was five stories, the additional 16 were added on later.
