Rock and Roll San Diego strives to be everything a musician might need in one facility. From rehearsal spaces and repairs to recording and lessons, Rock and Roll is there for all local and touring musicians. We have 12 rehearsal rooms available to rent by the hour, ranging in price from $15/hr to $49/hr, and discounted rehearsal room packages for customers who are here weekly. Rock and Roll San Diego’s immersive lessons program is set up to help students reach their full potential in live performance and production. We have group classes and private, one-on-one lessons available to our students. Inspiring a new generation of musicians with professional grade instruments and top of the line equipment, musicians have the chance to learn new skills, improve performance, record their music, repair their equipment, and even hold their album release party in our event hall, Hendrix Hall. The Casa de Estudillo, also known as the Estudillo House, is a historic adobe house in San Diego, California, United States. It was constructed in 1827 by José María Estudillo and his son José Antonio Estudillo, early settlers of San Diego, and was considered one of the finest houses in Mexican California. It is located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, and is designated as both a National and a California Historical Landmark in its own right.Besides being one of the oldest surviving examples of Spanish architecture in California, the house gained much prominence by association with Helen Hunt Jackson's wildly popular 1884 novel Ramona. The Casa de Estudillo is one of three National Historic Landmarks in Southern California that were closely tied to Ramona, a novel of Californio life shortly after the American acquisition of California; the other two are Rancho Camulos and Rancho Guajome.DescriptionThe large building is a U-shaped structure, measuring 113ft on the front side, and 98ft on each of the wings.
