Madison's Orpheum Theater has been a staple for entertainment in the Midwest since 1926. The theater, recently bought by Madison local, Gus Paras, is undergoing a massive renovation to bring the theater back into its pristine condition. The Paras family would like to allow every guest to walk inside and be transported back to the roaring twenties, experiencing the Rapp and Rapp design as it was made to be seen! We host concerts, weddings, parties, and other special events. Contact us at 608.250.2600 to inquire about your next event!
The Memorial Union is located on the shore of Lake Mendota on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. On the lakeshore to the north of the building is the Terrace, a popular outdoor space overlooking Lake Mendota. It has gained a reputation as one of the most beautiful student centers on a university campus.HistoryThe exterior of the main wing was designed by University Architect Arthur Peabody. Opened October 5, 1928, the facility is operated by the Wisconsin Union, a membership organization. Porter Butts, the first director, called it a "college union" because it combines the characteristics of a student union ("student activity center" in other countries) and a student government ("students' union" in other countries) in an organization that brings together students, faculty, and members of the surrounding community. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 19, 2015.FacilityOutside the main building is the Memorial Union Terrace, a stone outdoor dining and recreation area on the shore of Lake Mendota. The Terrace was designed by Peabody's daughter, Charlotte. It is a popular spot among students and local residents for socializing because of the backdrop of the lake, with its view of sailboats, and the sound of live music, usually free to the public in the evening. The Wisconsin Union Directorate funds music on the Terrace four nights a week in the summer, and on the Terrace or in der Rathskeller on weekends during the school year (depending on weather).

The Wisconsin Field House is a 10,600-seat multi-purpose arena in Madison, Wisconsin, directly south of and abutting Camp Randall Stadium. In addition to sports events, the Field House has been the site of large community gatherings such as convocations and concerts. Designed by Wisconsin State Architect Arthur Peabody in consultation with Paul Cret of the firm of Laird and Cret, the arena opened in 1930. It was home to the Wisconsin Badgers basketball team before it moved to Kohl Center; currently the building is used by the volleyball and wrestling teams. Prior to occupying the Field House, the Badger men's basketball team played their games in the Red Gym. The Wisconsin volleyball team got its first-ever sellout on October 21, 2007, to watch the Badgers play No. 1 Penn State. The "W" crest at the top of the Field House, whose actual designer is unknown, is frequently employed as the emblem of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. The Field House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

Answer: We’re a nightclub vs. a bar, so we have a club-style dress code. Our experience is that ladies ALWAYS seem to dress up for a night out with us, and that’s what we expect of gents too. So guys – please make an effort to "Dress To Impress". No plain white t’s, no saggy pants, ripped/dirty trousers etc. In addition, on most nights (except for specific shows) we have a “No Hats” policy – like most clubs everywhere. Check the event page on Facebook (Segredo - Madison) for specific event dress code details. FAQ #2 How can I contact someone at Segredo? Answer: Please EMAIL US at [email protected] for anything urgent. It’s FAR FASTER to get a response from us by email vs phone/ voicemail as we work on nightclub time vs normal human being time. FAQ #3. OMG. I lost my phone/ID/credit card. What do I do? Answer: DO NOT CALL US. Please email us a detailed description of what you lost ASAP, and we’ll get back to you after we have had a chance to look for your item(s). The best time to PICK UP a lost item we have already informed you we have is during normal operating hours. Of course, for important items like lost phones/ passports/credit or debit cards/military dog tags (really) – we will try to get them to you as fast as possible as we realize they are hard to do without. Generally though, our “weekends” (where we are not in the office) are Sunday & Monday. But again, it never hurts to email us on days we are not working so we can respond ASAP when we get back into the office and have a chance to look for/collect any found items. FAQ #4: Thanks, but none of these were my question. Answer: OOPS! Sorry, just email us at [email protected] !
