Owners Steve Hagen and Kevin Frey have teamed up to create restaurants that features local seafood and produce, staying true to their motto of Fresh | Honest | Local. Their vision was to offer residents of and visitors to the Quiet Resorts of Delaware the freshest seafood, innovative cuisines, and exceptional service. In 2010, Indian River Seafood Company began followed with the opening of their first restaurant Off the Hook in Bethany Beach, Delaware. A year later, Just Hooked opened in Fenwick Island followed with the opening of the first Maryland location, Hooked, in Ocean City, MD. And just when you thought we were running out of Hook names, we did it again — launching Hooked Up Ale House & Raw Bar in Millville, DE in 2015, our fourth restaurant in just five years. Off the Hook Restaurant Group also offers catering services. Our event coordinator and executive chef will work with you to create a customized delicious menu designed with your special occasion in mind. We provide both on and off-site catering services and we offer exclusive access to the area's premier vendors. Our catering services also feature off-site liquor license for Maryland and Delaware events.
