Bulkogi Fusion was established in 2009, featuring Korean tacos and bibimbap burritos. It didn't take long for the cart to distance itself from the competition, creating an inimitable menu by fusing traditional Korean preparation with flavors from around the world, such as Mexican, Japanese, Thai, Turkish, and French. We just opened a second location in May 2014. Our basic, most important mission is creating healthy, delicious food. It would be easy to create delicious fried and grilled food, like many of our competitors, but such foods are quite unhealthy. Instead of taking the easy way out, we at Bulkogi steam and boil our dishes, which takes much more time and labor, but results in a much healthier menu. All our vegetables and meats are cut or shredded by hand and knife on-site. Our soup broth, featuring fourteen veggies, herbs and fruits, is brewed slowly over a 12-hour period. We take pride in creating uncompromisingly delicious, nutritious dishes. We're sure that your palate will appreciate the extra care we put into our food as much as your waistline will.
