Founded in 1973 in a barber shop in Downtown San Diego by Filipino health professionals offering services to immigrants who did not have the finances, linguistic skills, or ability to navigate the health care system, Operation Samahan has evolved into a diverse community health center with services ava ilable at National City, Mira Mesa and Rancho Penasquitos clinics. We provide primary care, dental, behavioral health, family planning, integrative health and wellness, and various other services to the uninsured, underinsured, and underserved families of all income levels regardless of their ability to pay.
Blast Off Children's Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice in San Diego providing speech/language therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. We are conveniently located minutes from MCAS Miramar and the 15 freeway. We are a San Diego Regional Center Vendor and in-network provider for United Health Care, Military and Veterans/TRICARE insurance. We also accept private pay.
