Do you live in southern California? Have you always wanted to style your own future? Learn more about a career in the beauty industry by checking out our cosmetology program or reserving your spot today! Helping to beautify the lives of students (we call them Future Professionals) and guests since 2004, Paul Mitchell The School San Diego resides in the heart of the Financial District in downtown San Diego - a mere three blocks from Horton Plaza. Interestingly, our space was not always a cosmetology school. Our 17,500 square-foot building was built in the 1980s, with an open layout and intricate stonework that adds a unique historical feel. The facility was first used as a Sumisoto Bank; it wasn't until 1999 that the building took a step towards becoming the cosmetology school it is today, when it was transformed into a Robert Cromeans salon. The rest, as they say, is history. Embracing the Be Nice or Else philosophy and philanthropic culture of Paul Mitchell Schools, our students and staff give back in in any way they can. One annual event celebrated across the cosmetology school network is called Free Hugs Day. It is during this day that Future Professionals spread their positivity and compassion to the local community, dishing out free hugs to any and all willing individuals. Free Hugs Day has become so popular that in 2011, our Future Professionals even made the local news! Our recipe for success is simple. We take driven, talented, and intelligent Future Professionals, who have a passion for learning, and mix them with our friendly, knowledgeable staff, whose combined experience eclipses 100 years. Come experience what makes us a cosmetology school like no other! _________________________________ For more info about grad rates, med loan debt, who completed the program & more, go to paulmitchell.edu/ge. California Western School of Law provides a rigorous, traditional legal education with an emphasis on developing problem-solving, communication, writing, and analytical thinking skills. This broad skill base allows our students to see the big picture, and evaluate the social and economic context behind a wide array of legal problems. We are dedicated to serving the underrepresented and to doing what the justice system is supposed to do. We believe in using our deep skills and rigorous training for what is right and just. We have a responsibility to our community and we act on it every day. This is evidenced by our many public interest programs, the content of our curriculum and the actions of our people. We expect a lot from our students. We don’t settle for just getting by. Our commitment to excellence is at the center of who we are. This commitment goes beyond just those students with the most impressive academic numbers. At California Western, we know that an incoming student is more than just a set of test scores. While we expect a lot from our students, we also understand that legal education is an active partnership between the school and the student. This is why we go to great lengths to first understand each student’s unique path, personality, and goals, then help them establish a clear pathway to successfully fulfill their individual quest.
