Artecise is about exercising your artistic side; we believe that you don't have to be an artist to enjoy the art process, but you are willing to try, learn, explore, and practice! Exercising your creativity, just like your body and mind, may help you become a stronger, healthier, and happier being - inside out. Artecise offers indoor and outdoor small group and semi-private art classes for adults led by a professional artist, Nataliya Tyaglo, who guides you through various ways of seeing, mixing paint, and exploring the outdoors through the eyes of an artist. Nataliya's mission is to share art as a form of creative exercise: wether or not you are able to join her class we hope that more people will be inspired to observe, do something with your hands, and create!
