Classically-trained, our chefs prepare sushi with beautiful presentation using only the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on. Our head chef has been in the Japanese food business for decades and has taken his passion to new heights, from serving sushi to former president Clinton to presenting his unique dishes in international cooking competitions.
