You are walking distance to anything you'd like to do on the Island. Banks, Shopping, Dining, Starbucks. You will be 2 short blocks to the grand Historic Hotel Del Cornado and the #1 ranked beach in the country, Coronado Beach. I suggest a night stroll over to the Del at night along the beach walk. Stop by and visit the sand sculpture artist and admire his nightly creation. A short walk the other direction, up Orange Avenue and you'll enjoy a delicious dinner at any one of the fabulous restaurants and possibly stop in for a scoop of ice cream at the ice cream shop. You can get everywhere by foot.. but there is a bus system that runs along Orange Ave. There are also places to rent bicycles throughout the area. We are a quick drive from the San Diego Airport. I5 south, exit Coronado, follow the Bridge over to the island. At Orange Ave, turn left. Drive thru town. Pass Starbucks and 10th st, follow the road left. The second center crossing will be "B" Ave, turn left. The Apartment building will be on the left hand side, just past the Bank of America Building. Parking on the street.
