We offer spiritual counseling, book clubs, retreats, and service projects for students on Berry's Campus. We offer prayers, special church services, guest dinners, and spiritual support to the campus at large. Our Lumen Lecture Series is open to the campus and community at large. We bring in top theologians from around the world to come speak at Berry about various faith-related topics.

BCVS is a student-led organization that plans extracurricular service opportunities in the Rome and Floyd County community as well as here at Berry. We host educational and service events that focus on community needs to raise social awareness and to encourage a spirit of service throughout the Berry campus. Since 1994, Senior Scholars has given adults age 55 and over the unique opportunity to take courses from Berry College professors and teachers from the community. From fly-fishing to Faulkner, each term offers a diverse range of courses. Around 10 courses are offered per eight-week session. Classes generally meet for 1 hour per week. You can sign up for classes by phone, mail or the Oak Hill website. Additional benefits: √ Senior Scholars enjoy free access to all Cultural Events at Berry College. I want to welcome you to Redmond Regional Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Residency Program. We are thrilled to be inaugurating our first class of residents starting in July of 2016. Our objective is to train, coach, and mentor Internists who are independently capable of providing the highest quality of clinically excellent and empathic care to their patients. Upon completion of the program, we hope many of our graduating residents will remain in our community, whether they choose a primary care or hospital-based pathway. With our excellent reputation and academic affiliations, we also expect great success in placing graduating residents into subspecialty fellowships. Our residents will be prepared to deliver Internal Medicine to a diverse population of patients and will be well-equipped for certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine. Our residency program will be dually accredited. We are currently approved by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) for four positions per year and anticipate dual accreditation for a full 10 resident per year complement to be announced by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in September of 2015. As director for our Internal Medicine Residency Program, I am honored to work with some of the most committed and talented faculty here in Northwest Georgia, which includes physicians from Redmond Regional, Harbin Clinic, and our local and regional medical community—all of whom are dedicated to providing clinical education, mentorship and coaching at the highest level to our incoming residents. With a total of 30 categorical residents at full program implementation, Redmond Regional’s Internal Medicine Residency Program will be among the largest community-based programs in the State of Georgia. The goal of the Multicultural and International Student Programs Office is to foster a supportive environment for students of diverse heritages to live, learn, and grow as active members of the academic community and as individuals. The primary focus is to educate, inform, and enlighten the community at-large of the diverse needs of all students at Berry College and to assist in the recruitment, transition and retention of minority students. The M.I.S.P. Office advises or assists four group organizations on Berry’s Campus which include: Berry International Club (BIC), Black Student Association (BSA), In His Name Gospel Choir, and Year of Service: Cultural House. All of whom promote the education of multicultural and international cultures within the Berry and Rome community.

We offer five levels of English, a GED preparatory class, a Citizenship preparatory class, and a Basic Spanish Literacy class. All classes except Citizenship meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8:30pm. Citizenship preparatory class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-6:50pm.
