The Executive Associate Program at MGM Resorts International is available to both current MBA students and recent MBA graduates. The Summer Executive Associate Program allows current business school students to apply their skills and experience to a challenging job in the corporate sector of the hospitality industry over a 10-week period. The Full-Time Executive Associate Program gives MBA graduates the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across a variety of potential functional areas that contribute to the operating performance and strategic direction of the Company. MAP: The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a 12-month rotational professional development program that offers recent bachelor’s and master’s degree recipients the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in the integrated resort industry.
