Over a decade ago, we first opened Juanita Greenberg’s Burrito Palace on Wentworth Street in Historic Charleston and featured original style nachos, quesadillas, and big fat healthy burritos. Our dough is made using imported San Felice wheat flour, natural Neapolitan yeast, filtered and pH balanced water then kneaded with a mixer imported from Naples.
