There they bake naturally-fermented artisan loaves and scrumptious pastries to be sold in-house and all around town. We fire up our oven and bake Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The story of Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning started over 30 years ago in St. Louis Missouri. When Ken Mellow purchased his first kettle grill, the journey to creating these award winning flavors started. Ken wanted to create BBQ flavors that compliment traditional BBQ while also being exciting and innovative. After years of perfecting recipes in the backyard, Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning debuted on the BBQ competition circuit in 2006. To date, these Sauces & Seasonings have won awards at the biggest events in barbecue, both locally and on the national level.
