The Soul Hour Cafe is the experiential training ground where our clients put together a unique monthly happy hour service focused on the residents of the McCormack House at Forest Park Southeast. We serve seasonal soul food classics like sweet potato pie, chowder w/ cornbread and classic BBQ on small plates accompanied by a special mixed drink (alcoholic or non). The appetizer and drink combo is available to anyone who wants to join us each month, and residents of the McCormack House enjoy Soul Hour Cafe at a discounted rate. This is our way of both thanking the residents and staff of McCormack House for welcoming us into their home AND providing experiential training to Bridges CSS P.E. They actually take a bit longer to prepare; however, they are always worth the wait. We have a specialty spirits program that is unique to St. Louis. We focus on spirits around the culture of food. Instead of ordering your 'normal' spirit selection, we offer something from Cuba, Latin etc.

Keagan's Restaurant in the Park is located in the quiet south east corner of Forest Park (next to the Science Center Planetarium). Great food, cold drinks, breathtaking sunsets on our patio, with a great Happy Hour and new lunch menu, make this a great stop for great food in historic Forest Park. We are open Monday through Saturday for Lunch and Happy Hour from 10am- 5pm and Sunday for our amazing buffet style brunch from 9am-2pm.
