Diablo Glass School opened in 2001, creating a public access glass arts studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Diablo is a place where beginning and experienced glass artists are welcome to share a nurturing environment, to grow and develop their creative skills in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Diablo offers different level classes and facilities in various disciplines, exposing a broad spectrum of people to exciting glass techniques in glassblowing, flameworking, fused glass and stained glass. By connecting students to professional national and international glass artists, we provide a learning experience that constantly offers new information and challenges. Diablo currently has partnerships with institutions such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston University, Massachusetts College of Arts and Design, and Decordova Museum and Sculptural Park.

Prenatal Connections creates a safe space to: * Connect and confide with those who can relate! * Get information on classes you hope to take and connections you’d like to make to build your confidence * Discuss birth plans, preferences, hospital and provider choices * The benefits and decision-making process about doula support during labor Topics may include: * Preparing your home for a new baby * Dealing with aches, pains, and various side effects of pregnancy * Choosing a childbirth class * Approaches to labor and delivery * Concerns and fears about becoming a parent * Introduction to local resources for new parents All pregnant mamas are welcome, at any point in pregnancy! Discussions will be based on participants' questions and interests. Come learn from each other, with a certified Childbirth Educator and birth doula to guide your prenatal connections to one another.

Our school, located in the heart of Jamaica Plain in Boston, serves students in grades six through twelve from throughout Boston and the surrounding communities. The Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity, Inc. (METCO, Inc.) is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1966. METCO Inc. is the service provider to the Metropolitan Boston METCO programs. The METCO program has approximately 3,300 students from Boston and Springfield who attend public schools in the participating communities. Funded by the State Legislature under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 76; 12A and administered by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the METCO program is the second oldest voluntary inter-district school assignment program in the country dedicated to increasing diversity and reducing racial isolation.
Experience Music Boston is a community of music teachers and professionals offering classes and private lessons in a wide variety of disciplines for students of any age. The benefits of music to the individual and the community are virtually endless, and our organization is founded on the principle that all people have the right to musical self-expression, and therefore education, regardless of income and ability to pay. While we hope visitors will take the opportunity to study in person or online with one of our instructors or enroll in a class in your area, our site contains a series of instructional videos that they can watch anytime, free of charge. We also include regular blog and opinion posts on topics of interest to our teachers and students. Mission Hill School's small learning community emphasizes a project-based, collaborative curriculum, inclusive of all learning abilities. The school was founded in 1997 by educator and author Deborah Meier and is modeled on democratic principles. All major budgetary, staffing, and curricular decisions are made by both the principal and faculty council.
We are a family child care that has borrowed philosophies from Montessori and Reggio educational approaches for our curriculum.
