Food and wine pairing is available with each dish. The name Penumbra is inspired by the owners experience living the first part of her life in Ecuador. Having no electricity, candles were used for light thus creating a space of partial illumination = PENUMBRA. The romantic and penumbra lit atmosphere is accompanied with a diverse wine list, local craft beer and unique handcrafted artisanal cocktails that introduce an aspect of wine in each drink.
